What is your return policy?
Return Policy We stand behind our products 100% and each has been carefully inspected by us. However, we're aware that in the real world issues do occur, and we will strive to provide a solution whenever one is needed. We recognize that we couldn't be in business without our customers, and our job is to make sure you're satisfied with your shopping experience. Should you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us first (email preferred) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number, detailed description of the issue, and if you are in need of a replacement or return. Returns without RMAs will not be honored. Please be advised: • Requests for exchange or refund must be placed within 15 days of receipt. • Shipping & handling charges are not refundable. • Return of non-defective or wrongly purchased items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. • Buyers are responsible for paying the shipping & handling charges for returns/exchanges. • Product must be returned in its original package, along with any accessories the item came with. • Returns on garments and personal items are only acceptable for return if they are unused in the original condition you received it in, with all original packaging and no signs of use. The product is subject to final inspection before the return is processed.

Does PointTek ship internationally?
PointTek.com does ship internationally via DHL or USPS. Please contact accounting@pointtek.com for shipping quotes.

How do I get my FedEx, UPS or USPS tracking number?
The tracking numbers for each day's shipped orders are automatically emailed after from Google Checkout or Paypal. Please contact us if you don't receive a tracking confirmation.

Does PointTek have a walk-in store or will call facility where I can physically pick-up my merchandise?
We do not have a store or will call facility. All orders are placed online and shipped via FedEx and UPS, or in the case of military bases, via APO U.S. Postal Service -- no exceptions. We do not serve customers in person.
